I LOVE SCHOOL.
Went to IKEA! on Tuesday.
With Audrey,Mingyi,Farah,Prashanti,Bernice,Crystal and Lyvia.
Super duper fun.
We camwhored like nobody's business.
We managed to buy curtains and a dustbin.

CCA audition on Wednesday.
Didn't get to mingle with the sec 1s.
But I did manage to play Who Wants to be a Millionaire with Jeanine!

It was my dad's birthday yesterday.
Went to watch Roy serve his first mass.
He screwed up a lot.
Hahaha.
Luckily Adrian was nice,helping him out and all.
He said Roy did a good job for his first time.
Pizza Hut for dinner.
Hawaiian pizzas rule.

School timetable got changed again.
Now we have 55 minutes lesson blocks.
It'll mean that school ends at 1.40 on normal days,
and at 2.10 on Tuesday and Thursday.
Yay!

That was such an awesome revelation.

Today,as a whole,was bittersweet.
I got to eat at IKEA!

And my title became AFI,instead of decemberunderground.

School was so frickin' AWESOME!

We learnt some basic essay writing tips.
Then we had to write an essay.
Sounds boring,but he has a way of making it pretty fun.
Or maybe I'm biased.
Right.

I swear,someone has been stealing my chocolate bars.
So irritating man.
Anyway...Literature!
We watched the movie adaptation of Romeo & Juliet.
There was a collective gasp around the room when Leonardo DiCaprio appeared.
Or an least around my side of the room.
We all agreed that he was really hot. :D

Recess,then.
Finally managed to have a somewhat complete recess with everyone from last year.
Well,we didn't know where Jeri was.
Recess pebbled.

MT next!
Went to the library to do a compo.
Sat with Bev,Megan,Audrey and Fangling.
We were talking about so many random things.
Like,how St Pat's guys were immature(okay,some only),
but how they're still better than Maris Stella(HAHAHA),
and how we all suck at Chinese.
Way more,but its one of those 'You had to be there to understand' things.
Way cool.

Basically,just played on the com.
Facebook-ed,Blog surf-ed and youtube-ed.
Fun times.

Science was the most...attention consumming?
Cos you have to listen and absorb everything.
And write notes.

I know Auld Lang Syne would be a more appropriate song,
but I'm still living in '08,
so no Auld Lang Syne for me yet.

The transition from '08 to '09 was so anti-climatic,damn it.
My family went to East Coast Park.
The worst part was that Uncle Martin and Aunty Agnes was supposed to come with Mikki.
But they went to the wrong place.
And they decided to stay at that spot,cos they were afraid Mikki wouldn't be able to take that much walking.
(Side note : Mikki is their pet dog.But he's a male dog.The name is pretty ambiguous.)
When we switched on the radio,the guy went
'60 seconds to the new year!'
And I think my family shared the 'What the....!?' expression.
So at 00:00,there was a burst of red lights from the ships.
Ah,I can't remember the technical term.
So red lights it shall remain.
Hm.Popped some sparkling wine.Not six feet under the stars,though.
Played with sparklers.
That part was fun.
I was writing my resolutions in the air.
Probably should have added 'Don't fail math!Try to actually like it!'.
Oh,I went for Pet and Robin's BBQ before going to ECP!
The highlight of my day was probably reading Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist.
But you don't really need to know why.
Hah.
Thus concludes my New Year's Day celebration.
